These terms apply to sessions booked with Natural Destiny Limited, trading as
Rohit Sujanani.
Who you are contracting with
Natural Destiny Limited, company number 10355506, registered at 180 Camp
Road, Upper Heyford, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX25 5AG, England.
VAT registration number 384626076.
What I offer
I provide professional hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy and NLP-based
coaching. Where explicitly requested by the client, I also offer past life
regression and psychological astrology as alternative personal development
tools.
Sessions are delivered in person at venues in London NW8 and Bicester OX25, and
online via secure video consultation.
Age requirements. My services are structured for adults aged 18 and over.
Working with anyone under 18 requires the express written consent of a parent or
legal guardian, who must enter into the contract on their behalf.
What this is not. This is a professional therapeutic and coaching practice.
It is not a medical service, not a crisis intervention service, and not a
substitute for your GP, psychiatrist or any prescribed healthcare treatment.
I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, and I do not advise anyone
to alter, stop or change prescribed medication. Please continue to consult your
doctor about all physical and mental health treatment.
While past life regression and psychological astrology can offer personal
insight, they are offered strictly as alternative personal development tools and
do not form part of any formal psychological or psychiatric treatment plan.
Fees
- Introductory consultation: free, 20 minutes
- One-to-one session: £119 including VAT (£99.17 plus £19.83 VAT), 50 minutes, online
- Couples and family session: £225 including VAT (£187.50 plus £37.50 VAT), 90 minutes, online
- Workplace and organisational work: priced on requirement
In person, a 50 minute session is £299, 90 minutes is £449 and 120 minutes is £499, all including VAT. In-person fees are higher than the online equivalents because the consultation rooms are hired by the hour. Every fee on this website includes VAT and is the amount payable.
Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Intellectual property. All content, frameworks and text on this website are
the intellectual property of Natural Destiny Limited. You may not reproduce or
distribute any material without written consent.
Data protection. By booking a session you acknowledge that your personal data
will be processed securely in accordance with the
privacy notice and UK GDPR.
Cancellation and rescheduling
I operate a 48-hour notice policy.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: reschedule or cancel yourself through your
booking confirmation link, with no cancellation fee. Refunds are returned less
the card processing fee charged by the payment provider. That fee is retained
by them whether or not the session goes ahead, so it cannot be returned. - Less than 48 hours’ notice, or no attendance: the full session fee remains
payable.
Genuine sudden illness and emergencies are reviewed case by case. Just tell me.
If you are late, the session still ends at its scheduled time out of respect for
the next person, and the full fee applies.
If I have to cancel, you will be offered another time or a full refund.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to
change your mind about a service bought online.
If your session falls within that 14-day window, booking it means you are asking
me to begin sooner, and you accept that your right to cancel ends once the
session has taken place. This does not affect the 48-hour policy above.
Confidentiality
What you bring to a session is confidential, with the narrow legal exceptions
set out in the FAQ on the homepage and in the privacy notice:
a serious and immediate risk to life, statutory safeguarding duties, and a court
order or counter-terrorism legislation.
I discuss anonymised case material with a clinical supervisor. This is a
professional requirement and supports the quality of your care.
What I ask of you
- Be somewhere private and uninterrupted for online sessions
- Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
- Do not record sessions without my agreement, as I will not record you without
yours - Tell me about relevant medical conditions or medication, so I can work safely
Outcomes
I will bring my full training and attention to our work. Therapy and coaching
depend on the person doing them, so no specific outcome can be promised, and I
will not pretend otherwise.
Liability
Nothing here limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
I hold professional indemnity insurance.
Complaints
Please see the complaints procedure. Raising something with me
does not affect your right to approach my professional body.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
